19-Story Residential Tower Planned for Washington Heights

(DNAINFO)  Carolina Pichardo | March 9, 2016 — LargaVista Companies is hoping to redevelop 4566 Broadway to include 117 apartments.

A developer has filed plans to construct a 19-story building on Broadway just blocks from where another high-rise project has been proposed.

Developers LargaVista Companies has started the “preliminary conversations with community stakeholders” to construct the 225-foot-tall mixed-use building on the site of a parking lot at 4566 Broadway, which would include 171 apartments and 24 parking spaces, said company COO Adam Good.

The project — described as a “large, multi-family project” on LargaVista’s website — would also include for 7,780 square feet of commercial space.
