(WASHINGTON POST) Max Ehrenfreund — The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the Obama administration on the Affordable Care Act, the president’s signature domestic policy achievement. In King v. Burwell, the justices rejected a challenge to the financial assistance that millions of Americans are receiving to purchase health insurance by a vote of 6-3. The case was considered the greatest threat to the future of the law commonly known as Obamacare since three years ago, when the court rejected a separate challenge to the law’s mandate that most Americans buy health insurance.
