(DNAINFO) Leslie Albrecht | November 5, 2015 — Nearly 90 affordable apartments are up for grabs at a new high-rise in Gowns — and low-income renters have until Jan. 4 to apply for the units.
The city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development is now accepting applications for an affordable housing lottery for 365 Bond St., a 430-unit apartment building overlooking the Gowanus Canal.
Single renters who make between $29,932 and $36,300 a year can apply for the 400-square-foot studios that will rent for $833 a month.
Couples who make between $32,092 and $41,460 (or singles making $32,092 to $36,300) can apply for 575-square-foot one-bedrooms that will rent for $895.
Two-bedrooms will rent for $1,082 and will be available to households of two people making $38,538 to $41,460, households of three people making $38,538 to $46,620, or households of four people making $38,538 to $51,780.
