Apartments to Rise Where Cheyenne Diner Once Stood, Report Says

(DNAINFO) Rosa Goldensohn — The corner lot on Ninth Avenue and West 33rd Street — once home to theCheyenne Diner — will become a seven-story residential building, according to New York YIMBY.

The twelve-unit rental building at 411 Ninth Ave. will also include a ground floor commercial space, according to the report. The developers filed for a permit to build a 7-story mixed use building June 3, Department of Buildings documents show.
