Clean Slate: Clear Your Summons Warrant

July 24, 2024 | admin

We’re very excited to announce a 1-day warrant amnesty event:

CLEAN SLATE

Saturday, April 30, 2016

9:00AM – 3:00PM

Grand Street Settlement

80 Pitt Street (at Rivington Street)

You will recall, we hosted a similar program this past November with tremendous success.

In partnership with the Office of Court Administration, NYPD, and the Legal Aid Society, Clean Slate will give people an opportunity to resolve outstanding summons warrants in New York City, without fear of arrest. The types of summons warrants qualified for this program include:

  • disorderly conduct
  • consumption of alcohol in public
  • urinating in public
  • unlawful possession of marijuana
  • various subway offenses
  • and much more

We will simultaneously host an on-site resource fair with local organizations offering participants workforce development, job placement services, and other needed assistance.

I have attached the flyer and FAQs for your convenience. We also encourage people to contact our Clean Slate info-line at 212.335.3310 for more information.
