Quality public schools, access to outdoor and cultural activities, short commute distances and plenty of nightlife options make DUMBO the best neighborhood to live in Brooklyn, according to a new report.

Niche.com ranked the 100 best neighborhoods to live in New York City for 2016, and DUMBO ranked as the top Brooklyn neighborhood, as well as coming in at No. 4 citywide.

The report looked at factors like crime rates, the quality of local schools, the cost of living, the average length of residents’ commute, employment opportunities and access to nightlife.

It gathered neighborhood data from sources like the U.S. Census, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Centers for Disease Control.
