(DNAINFO)  Nicholas Rizzi | June 9, 2017 — The feds will seize rent from former Rep. Michael Grimm’s home after he stopped making payments for his tax fraud conviction.

Grimm only paid $10,250 of his nearly $150,000 in restitution for his conviction so far, but hasn’t made one in more than 30 days, according to court documents.

Federal attorneys asked Judge Pamela Chen to authorize garnishment of rental income on his New Springville home, which she granted on Tuesday, the New York Daily News first reported.

Grimm, 47, pleaded guilty to tax fraud in 2014 for underreporting more than $1 million in profits at an Upper East Side eatery he co-owned before he took office.

He later resigned from his congressional seat, which covers Staten Island and parts of Brooklyn, which was later won by Dan Donovan in a special election.

Grimm was sentenced to eight months in prison — with a year probation and 20 hours of community service — and ordered to pay back nearly $150,000.
