Applications for 75 affordable apartments at a residential tower next to the High Line open on Tuesday, with rents starting at $775 for a two-bedroom.

Depending on income, studios will go for either $596 or $754 per month, one-bedrooms will go for either $640 or $810 per month and two-bedrooms will go for either $775 or $979 per month at 507 W. 28th St., between 10th and 11th avenues.

The 13-story building is part of a complex that has been branded Maestro West Chelsea, 6sqft reported.

Residents will have to pay additional fees if they want to use the building’s fitness center, laundry room, bike storage room and parking facilities.
