(DNAINFO)  Gwynne Hogan | April 13, 2017 — From Lutheran Church, to DIY venue and indy movie set to a gut-renovated apartment building, the housing lottery for subsided apartments at St Marks Church on Bushwick Avenue is now open.

Twenty of the 99 apartments at the St Mark’s complex at 616 Bushwick Ave. are open for New Yorkers who apply through the city’s housing lottery and earn between $28,183 and $54,360 annually for families with between one and four people.

The subsidized apartments are spread out between the three buildings, the renovated church, the old school building and a new building on site, said Nooklynbroker Leo Heinert.
