(DNAINFO)  Rosa Goldensohn — Applications to live at Downtown Brooklyn’s new affordable housing tower are due next week, and the building is hosting three info sessions to help hopefuls nab a spot.

Winn Residential, the managing agent for City Point Tower One, will hold open workshops on Sept. 16, Sept. 17 and Sept. 18 at the Brooklyn Hospital Center to give potential applicants details on the lottery process and the building.

City Point 1, located at 7 Dekalb Ave. on Fulton Mall, is a 250-unit building, of which 200 apartments are set aside as city-designated affordable apartments with set rents. The building amenities include rooftop terraces, an attended lobby and a laundry room on each floor.
