We want to share encouraging news about legislation affecting the World Trade Center Health Program.

After more than three years of advocacy, HR 1410 has successfully passed the House as part of a larger bill, HR 7148. This is a meaningful step forward. If enacted into law, this legislation would secure long-term funding for the WTC Health Program and help prevent future budget shortfalls—ensuring continued access to medical care and covered benefits.

The bill now moves to the Senate, with a vote expected next week. We are closely monitoring developments and will keep you informed.
