(DNAINFO) Maya Rajamani | June 27, 2016 — The three design-build teams will submit proposals for the project by the end of October.
The owner of the Jacob K. Javits Center has selected three finalists to compete for the convention center’s planned $1 billion expansion.
Gilbane Building Company, a Skanska USAjoint venture and a joint venture between Lend Lease Group and Turner Construction Company will each submit proposals for the project by the end of October, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said in a release.
The three design-build teams will also submit reports estimating how much their proposed projects will cost, the release added.
