The 116 affordable units at 10 Freedom Place South include studios, one- and two-bedrooms open to individuals earning a range of incomes.

Eighteen studios for $833 per month are available for single tenants earning between $29,898 and $38,100 a year, while nine studios priced at $1,126 per month are available for single tenants earning between $39,943 and $50,800.

Eighteen one-bedrooms for $895 per month are available for single tenants earning between $32,058 and $38,100 a year, or for two tenants earning between $32,058 and $43,500 a year total.

Ten one-bedrooms for $1,208 per month are available for single tenants earning between $42,789 and $50,800 per month, or for two tenants earning between $42,789 and $58,000 a year total.

Thirty-seven two-bedrooms for $1,082 per month are available for two tenants earning between $38,503 and $43,500 a year total, three tenants earning between $38,503 and $48,960 a year, and four tenants earning between $38,503 and $54,360 a year total.

Twenty-four two-bedrooms for $1,458 per month are available for two tenants earning between $51,395 and $58,000 a year total, three tenants earning between $51,395 and $65,280 a year total, and four tenants earning between $51,395 and $72,480 a year total.
