Applications are open for nearly 170 affordable apartments at a Hudson Yards high-rise — with rents starting at $980 per month for a one-bedroom.

Depending on the renter’s income, studio apartments will go for $913 per month, two-bedrooms will go for $1,183 per month and three-bedrooms will go for $1,359 per month at 435 W. 31st St., between Ninth and 10th avenues.

The building includes a children’s playroom, a library, a lounge, a game room, a bike repair station and pay-per-load laundry.

For additional fees, residents will also be able to use the building’s storage room, bike storage area, fitness center, pet spa, arcade, “golf simulator” and sky lounge.
