Rent a 1-Bedroom in East Harlem for $985 a Month
(DNAINFO) Dartunorro Clark | February 10, 2017 — The lottery for below-market-rate apartments opens Feb. 8.
Applications for one-bedroom apartments that will rent in East Harlem for $985 will open Wednesday.
The lottery will put up five units in a newly constructed eight-story building at 2138 Third Avenue.
They are eligible to singles earning between $33,772 and $38,100, or two-person households earning between $33,772 and $43,500.
