Score a $565 Per Month Apartment Inside Durst Organization’s Pyramid
(DNAINFO) Gwynne Hogan | October 21, 2015 — A few lucky apartment hunters could earn themselves an affordable unit in the Durst Organization’s pyramid-shaped development near the West Side Highway on 57th Street.
Applications are due on Oct. 29 to live in VIA 57 at 625 W. 57th St. The 709-unit complex will include 142 affordable apartments with monthly rents of between $565 a month for a studio to $1,067 a month for three-bedrooms, according to officials.
