One-bedrooms will go for $980 per month, two-bedrooms will go for $1,165 per month and three-bedrooms will go for $1,315 per month at 555 10th Ave., between West 40th and West 41st streets.
Studios will go to one-person households that earn between $32,640 and $38,100.
