Harlem homes with rents starting at $1,156 are hitting the market.

The three dozen affordable apartments will be spread out across several locations: 235 West 116th Street, 119 West 133rd Street, 123- 125 West 133rd Street, 132 West 133rd Street and 63 West 137th Street.

They will be available to households earning between $41,143 and $173,415 per year.

There will be 29 two-bedroom apartments renting from $1,591, three one-bedroom apartments starting at $1,562, and three three-bedroom apartments as low as $1,831.

A family of four would have to earn between $56,195 and $90,600 to qualify for one of the two-bedroom apartments. Heat is included in the rent.
