Construction Set to Start on 8-Story Apartment Building on E. 100th Street

HDMI Holdings LLC of New Jersey is partnering with Manhattan’s Melamed Architect and gearing up to build a new eight-story apartment building on a vacant lot at 168 East 100th St., between Lexington and Third avenues, according to Department of Buildings records.
The new modern apartment building will have units that vary in size, from garden units to one-bedroom apartments with roof terraces and two bedrooms, according to Melamed Architect’s website. The DOB approved HDMI’s plans in April.
