Gun-Wielding Thief Struck 2 Midtown Banks, Police Say
(DNAINFO) Noah Horowitz | November 23, 2015 — A gunman knocked over a Midtown bank on Friday, days after a failed attempt to rob another bank nearby, according to the NYPD.
The suspect first struck on Nov. 17, strolling into the Valley National Bank at 100 Park Ave. near East 40th Street at 9 a.m., where he threatened the teller with a gun and demanded cash, police said.
