(DNAINFO)  Savannah Cox | January 5, 2016 — If your New Year’s resolution is to read more, the New York Public Library’s new, extended hours should help you out.

NYPL received a $43 million increase in operations funding for the fiscal year of 2016, which translates to 293 more public service hours a week across NYPL branches, according to a press release.

Manhattan added 133 hours of service, which went into effect as of Monday. All updated public library hours for Manhattan are below, and Sunday open dates begin in September:
