Subway Harassers Attack Good Samaritan Who Tries to Help Passenger: NYPD

(DNAINFO) Aidan Gardiner | January 19, 2017 — The five teens punched the man and fled the train at the Prospect Park station, police said.

A straphanger was attacked for trying to help an elderly man who was being harassed by five teens on a southbound Q train in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, NYPD officials said.

The 56-year-old man tried to tell the group to stop, but they turned on him instead, punching him in the face before fleeing the train at the Prospect Park Station about 10:40 p.m. on Dec. 10, police said.
