The hotel conversion panel will highlight the opportunity to convert hotels to permanent affordable housing, with discussion of the MBP’s recent sustainable affordable housing development task force report, the HONDA bill under consideration in Albany, whether there is a need for regulatory relief, and the development challenges of converting hotels to housing.
