Thief Strips and Punches Spa Worker in Kips Bay, NYPD Says

(DNAINFO)  Aidan Gardiner | December 24, 2016 —  He forced her to take off her clothes and then stole $500, police said.

A thief forced a worker at a Kips Bay acupuncture studio to strip and punched her in the face before fleeing with $500 on Wednesday, NYPD officials said.

The robber, who can be seen in police video released Thursday, demanded money and punched the 40-year-old woman inside Green Tea Acupuncture Wellness P.C. at 240 E. 28th St., near Second Avenue, about 12:50 p.m., police said.
