(DNAINFO) Maya Rajamani | March 2, 2016 — Dose Luis Aguin, 29, was arrested and charged with aggressive panhandling, police said.
A man dressed as Spider-Man was arrested for holding onto a 13-year-old boy until his father forked over $10 for a photo, police said.
New Jersey resident Jose Luis Aguin, 29, had just taken a photo with the teen at West 46th Street and Broadway around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday when the costumed character asked his father for $10, according to the NYPD.
Aguin then held on to the boy and refused to let him go until his dad handed over the cash, police said.
Officers who witnessed the incident arrested Aguin shortly after, charging him with aggressive panhandling, police said.
The arrest comes less than a week after authorities cuffed a Times Square Batman for allegedly snatching $50 from the purse of a woman who had just taken a photo with him.
