(DNAINFO) Lisha Arino — Two women reported sexual attacks that occurred as they walked through the neighborhood over the weekend, police said.
In the first incident, which took place at 1:03 a.m. on Aug. 16, the suspect approached a 22-year-old woman from behind at 275 South St. and then grabbed her by the neck and placed his hand under her dress.
The suspect fled after the victim turned around and called 911, according to the NYPD. She refused medical attention at the scene, police said.
The suspect was described as standing 5-foot-4, weighing 160 pounds with black eyes and black short and spiky hair, police said.
