An upset client confronted Norah Alanazi, 29, near the intersection of 51st Street and Ninth Avenue just after midnight on Oct. 7 when he realized he’d been ripped off, police said.

Alanazi quickly became violent and started punching and kicking the victim, leaving him with cuts on his arms, hands and forehead, police said.

Police arrested the Alanazi, an East New York resident, and charged her with assault.
