(DNAINFO) Camille Bautista and Murray Weiss  | December 29, 2015 — A woman was arrested in connection with an A train assault that injured two people and was caught on video, police said.

Merci Chrisette, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, surrendered to police without incident Tuesday, according to officials.Chrisette, 28, attacked two people aboard a southbound A train on Dec. 18 around 7 p.m. as the train was approaching Jay Street, police said.

She faces charges of assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment, officials said.
